Dear all,

İ am very new to OSticket and a student still learning. I am trying to set up single sign on with Microsoft. I don't understand much about software, (better in the hardware side).

Whenever I try to log in with Microsoft, I am sent back to the login screen. I couldt figure how to fix it.

I am using version 1.18.1

    1. Upgrade to v1.18.2 and install the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin.
    2. Typically when redirected to the home page you don't have something configured correctly or the account you are logging in as on the Microsoft side doesn't match the email/username of any Agent within the helpdesk. If I were you I would re-review the documentation and go step-by-step to ensure you did everything correctly.
