Hi,
not sure how to interpret this... says 14 tickets, but are showing?

do have filters and 'do not reply" department setup, not sure if its due to that, but those tickets should appear, and just not be responded to.
there were 3 showing on the panel, which i closed..

appears the file already has that identical code.
mbrctv noted this:
$counts['q' . $q->getId()] = $q->getTotal($agent);

is this the change you speak of? ( i modified to include the $agent and the list is now empty)

Hmm then I’m not sure. Try to see what that count matches exactly.
