I have installed osTicket and configured SMTP. I am able to create a ticket and send it through SMTP. I am getting it on my emails. So, Outgoing mails are working but i am unable to fetch emails and create a ticket. Please check below screenshot of my configuration. Can anyone help me i think what am i missing.

You need to enabled fetching and create a cron job/scheduled task as explained in the documentation:
