I just completed the install of OSTicket. when I try to access the admin.php page. it says page can't be found. I can access the install PHP page that says OSTicket is already installed and has a link to the admin page. But, same error. I have rebooted the windows server. same issue. what am I missing?

You will need to review all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
