I am finding that it would be helpful to receive a daily digest or some form of RSS feed of activity that happened in our OSTicket system.
I get email notifications when a ticket has been opened, when its overdue and such but I'd be interested in getting in stead 1 daily email that had all the activity listed for that day.
Most important from that would be seeing which tickets were closed and by whom on my staff. I'm finding that tickets are getting closed and my out of office staff is sometimes forgetting to notify that they've closed a ticket.
Perhaps I'm missing a native function that already exists so if someone could point that out it'd be helpful as well.
