That means you need to check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

KevinTheJedi The issue is in Tickets only. The rest have the save changes and reset changes button. Maybe you have idea which fix or logs?

I have manage to display the "Save changes" and "Reset Changes" button. Issue is inside queues-ticket.inc.php.
This is now resolved.
