Good Day!
We have two osticket system both have different email id for them. Ticket will create in both systems but we can't close the ticket because system is reopening the ticket in both system. We try to delete the collaborate email id from both system but still it is not closing. We put the email id in the band list also still not working.
Pls assist how to close the ticket.
