Access to Admin panel ?

Hello people

I've just installed your application

My config, Easyphp 13.1

APACHE 2.4.4

MYSQL 5.6.12

PHP 5.4.14

The installation operate correctly, but I've met some problems

1) the offline message

i find a solution on your forum to put in table ost_config, isonline field to value 1

2) acces to admin panel

I need help ! impossible to login, always i receive a "Authentication Required" message ... i tried a solution i've read here to reset the password, but don't work

What happens when you enter a username and password? What error message do you get?

It sounds like something is causing him to get the "Authentication Required" loop.

My version is osTicket-v1.7.1

Yes it seems to be exactly that, even if i change user and/or password in my DB

I always have this message "Authentication Required"

I search all subject about that, but no answers help me

Else if i enter a wrong login, it tells me "invalid login"

Supposedly the Authentication Loop has something to do with cookies.

It seems to have fixed our issue with it.

So maybe it's not the good one

i use Firefox last version, if it's important to know

...the change I posted shouldn't have affected page display. All it changes is how the system generates/stores cookies.

Did you make both changes? include/class.ostsession.php and main.inc.php?

Also, I guess something else to check would be if you have cookies disabled in your browser.

Ok, well i don't understand why but your solution helps even if it was not the real one

i made the changes in both files, even if in the main.inc.php, i don't have the part of code they show

In all case, to restore the file, i replace my class.ostsession.php by the original from the zip, and now it works -_-'

I don't know why ! maybe during the installation it change a bad parameter in the file ...

I will try now the rest of this apps :)
