Has anyone done this?

Also, other than being able to make tweaks to the source code, what other advantages are thereto having the OS Ticket system, as it seems they are essentially the same.

Are there anymore features, or add-ons or plugin available?

    It’s the opposite. More plugins and features are available with SupportSystem. Yes you can migrate to local osTicket however you’d be on your own unless you opted for our support services to assist. You’d need to contact SupportSystem support for further information.
