Good afternoon!
I’m having an issue with the Ticket template. I previously had an older version (attached screenshot), where when creating a ticket, it would first ask for the department and then show the help topics based on the selected department. In this recent version, I can’t seem to modify the ticket template to function the way it did in the previous version. In this version of OSTicket 18, it only asks for the help topic and doesn’t even indicate which department it corresponds to.
From the ticket template modification section, I don’t see an option to change this dynamic. How can I do this?
