I am experiencing an issue with osTicket v1.18.1 (0375576), where some old closed tickets (around 2 years old) are being reopened automatically by the SYSTEM.
I have already disabled the "Allow Reopen" option in the ticket status settings, but the problem persists. I want to ensure that once a ticket is closed, it remains closed unless reopened manually by staff.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a way to prevent the SYSTEM from reopening closed tickets? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
