I am trying to configure an Outlook (Office 365) email account in osTicket so that when an email is received, a ticket is automatically created. I am using Basic Authentication (Username/Password) instead of OAuth2, but osTicket is not fetching the emails.
Here is my current email setup under Email > Email Accounts:
IMAP Server: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Security: SSL
Authentication: Username/Password (Basic Auth)
I have already enabled IMAP on the Outlook account and verified that the credentials are correct. However, osTicket still does not receive emails.
Has anyone successfully configured this? Do I need to change any settings in Microsoft 365 or osTicket to make it work with Basic Auth?
