We have an instance of OSTicket running on WAMP server (on WIN 2022). When trying to setup the email imports, the OAUTH2 authorization shows successful however, when we update the email settings to read inbound emails it shows error as "last request failed".
Any ideas as to from where can we see the actual error ? Could not find anything in any of the log files and also the timestamp is not updated on log files since last 2 days so not sure where to setup the application to write all errors to log files for diagnostic purposes. Please suggest.
