Hello everyone. I am looking for a add-on for osticket that can do the following :

  1. Time Tracking: Users can log time spent on each ticket.

    • Agents can manually enter time spent on a ticket.
    • Start/stop timer functionality.
    • Automatic idle time detection.
    • Time entries must be editable with appropriate permissions.
  2. Work Log Updates: Track and record progress updates.

    • Agents can add detailed work logs with timestamps.

    • Work logs should be visible on the ticket thread.

    • Allow attachments (screenshots, documents) for progress tracking.

    • Clients can view (but not edit) logs.

  3. Billing Integration: Generate invoices based on logged work.

    • Configurable hourly rates per agent/department.

    • Generate invoices based on time logs.

    • Integration with third-party payment gateways.

    • Option to export invoices in PDF and CSV formats.

    • Support for tax configurations and discounts.

  4. Reports & Analytics: View detailed time and cost summaries.

    • Time reports per agent, department, or ticket.

    • Monthly/weekly billing reports.

    • Unbilled vs. billed work tracking.

    • Graphical dashboard for easy insights.
