OAuth2.0 not working

I have followed step by step the official documentation to able OAuth2.0 login to my company, which uses Outlook.

It used to work before due to I had already tried this a year ago while I was also testing osTicket.

But this time, doing the same, I cannot make it work.

After doing everything in the documentation, for authentication and for autorization, when I am on the login page, when I login with the OAuth2.0 button it redirects me to the typical Microsoft login tab, but when I finish it, the osTicket login page loops and I am not logged in.

I just went through a brand new setup and could replicate the login issue; only on the first try though. Once I went back to the login page and retried the login it worked instantly and then worked every time afterwards. So maybe try again and see? Try clearing all cache/cookies/sessions and retest? Try a new browser?

I also saw that I made a mistake and copied the wrong URLs since they've changed the order of them and such. So that threw me off for a little bit but once I figured that out it all functioned as normal.

KevinTheJedi I have tried now, several hours after, and it is making me the same.
I have also checked I am copying the correct Azure links.

Everything seems to be alright, unless one thing.

When I am retrying to do the authorization part, when I am at the API permissions, the "Grant admin consent" button is blocked. Is this absolutely essential? Because when I did this a year ago I do not remember having checked this button and it worked to me.
