In our contact center, we are experiencing a few issues:
- Delayed responses
- Some emails are not being sent, or users are not receiving them (we noticed a "gateway timeout" error in the logs)
These problems have been recurring, similar to the ones we faced around two months ago. At times, emails fail to send, or recipients do not receive them.
Additionally, we are encountering significant delays in replies.
Please investigate the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
