CGI Error during setup.

I am getting the error below when I try to start the installer via http://localhost/setup(http://localhost/setup) (from a different machine).

CGI Error

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Environment:

OS Ticket 1.6.rc4

Windows Server 2003, running IIS 6

PHP 5.2.6

My SQL 5.0.27

Any help out there?

This is a typical IIS error as far as I know. Although I have no experience with IIS I did a little search and found some things that might be interesting for you both:
