Hi, I have a question, can I upgrade PHP to version 8.3 or 8.4, will it still work or are there any incompatibility issues?

Read the requirements. Only PHP 8.1-8.2 is supported. So yes there will be issues. The next set of releases will have 8.3-8.4 support so stay tuned.
