Hi - Hoping for some feedback.

As the title indicates, tickets that have been answered by an agent, and answered by the Agent assigned to the ticket are showing as 'isAnswered=false' in the ticket table.

Is this a known bug?

It's a problem for my group as we write our own queries to the database and filter on isAnswered=false which isn't updating.

Thanks for any insights, feedback, how to fix.

    Did they mark it as unanswered perhaps? That’s a configurable permission in their respective Role(s).

    Also, if you are using v1.18.1 or v1.17.5 then there is no known bug like this.
