Hi, Some user has misscreated a ticket. I need to assing, transfer or do something, but the systems says "Imposible transferir Ticket seleccionado". Is posible to do something?

Sounds like you don't have permission to Transfer. Make sure the Role you have for the Ticket's Department has the Transfer permission enabled.
