I would like the cellular field to be pre-populated with the same data present in the cellular field in the agent profile.
Can anyone give me some guidance to support this?

    You are modifying the codebase in which you are on your own. When modifying the codebase you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
