Hi, I installed Osticket with XAMPP on Ubuntu server. ¿How do i to activate the remote access to the DB? I would like to perform a remote conection in order to do queryes.

That’s way outside the scope of the software. This is a question better suited for XAMPP and/or MySQL forums. You should look at guides online specific to your environment as this will differ greatly.
