Web browser does not respond

Hi,
When i open and save a new ticket, the web portal does not work. It gets frozen and dont show the ticket confirmation page. OSticket shows the new ticket in the agent panel, but the end user looks only a frozen screen.
I have restarted the services, the server and tried many times. What do should do?

Are you seeing anything in the logs?
Or console errors in the browser?

ntozier I resolved the failure. Some hours after the issue, I get suscribed in Canva portal using my gmail accunt. This subscription damaged my gmail and therefore the mail was not working properly.
