Hye mates.
We are currently trying diagnose a problem. We had to migrate older os ticketing version data to a new version. Issue we are facing is "Tickets" table which accounts for around 7000 records is not being displayed in the ticket section of a user.
Things we tried:
-Remove all filters
-Match the permission with production environment and making sure they are same
-Comparing queues with production and making sure they are same
Please help us since only 500 records are being displayed on staging environment for that user :
