On OSTicket we have 2 organisations using it.
We have 2 mail domains added to the ticket-system (domain-a.com and domain-b.com as example)
We have a departement called Support A and one called Support B.
Currently we have per department a unique ticket-id llike da for Department A and db for Departement B.
If a user makes a ticket to the domain-a.com domain, Ticket ID with Tag DA will created.
If a user makes a ticket to the domain-b.com domain, Ticket ID with Tag DB will created.
If a user makes a Ticket over the webpage, there are all help-topics wth a id DA for Departmenet A and DB for Departement B.
A ticket Topic looks like "DA | Feature [Software Name] Feature Request" and "DB | [Software Name] Feature Request".
Is there a better way in assign for each Organisation a prefixed ticket-id?
Is there some way, to show topics only to logged in users from a specific organisation?
