I have one default Department Support, which contain five agents
Agent 1 , Agent 2, Agent 3 , Agent 4 , Agent5.
I want that Agent 1 can view Agent 2 and Agent 3 tickets only , for that
I have create a team with three members and assignet Agent 1 as Team.
I found that when I login with Agent 1 (Team Lead) , it also view those tickets
which are assigned to agent 4 and 5. I need to view only tickets assign to his team.
Please guide how to do that, I don't want to create extra departments association.
