I have installed a new NAS and have successfully configured osTicket. My next step is to migrate the data. I was able to export the data using Phpmyadmin but am unable to import back into Phpmyadmin on the new NAS. The file size is just under 6GB. I have uploaded the file to the NAS from my pc since Phpmyadmin kept timing out. If there is a better way of going about this please let me know.

    Never use that crappy tool for large databases. Use the native MySQL commands on the command line. Go review their official docs on how to import and export a database.
