Email address running job, but emails not fetching

Not sure exactly where to post this, but I have had issues with emails fetching for quite a while. Accepted that we would have to manually pull everything as we couldn't get it working no matter what we tried. Now I have an email address that wasn't frequently used within the ticket system, but i have been monitoring the mailbox and it appears that the messages will get sent it. sit there for 1 minute, then permanently delete themselves. I am not sure if this is the cronjob because i did set it to poll every 1 minute, but not sure how to turn i went into the server, removed all cron jobs that i am aware of, as well as removing the email address from the OSticket web interface. just not really sure what to do now or where to look.

Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, what type of email (full user email, shared mailbox, alias, etc.)? From what provider? How do you have it configured?

This is a full user email within Exchange.

I set it to run a cron job 1/ * * * nobody for the mail fetch, I have since removed this from the crontab list and when running crontab -l it shows no active jobs. Not sure if there is just a place i am missing in turning this off.

The only thing else it could be if you truly confirmed there are no other running jobs is the auto-cron. You can disable email fetch for auto-cron under Admin Panel > Emails > Settings, uncheck Fetch on auto-cron, and Save Changes.

Other than that you can disable email fetch at each individual email level by going to Admin Panel > Emails > Emails, clicking the email, going to the Remote Mailbox tab, setting the Status to Disable, and Save Changes.
