Need Help Setting Up Gmail in the Latest Version of osTicket

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for assistance in configuring a Gmail account with the latest version of osTicket. I’ve tried following some guides but haven’t been successful so far.

If anyone is familiar with the setup process and can guide me step-by-step, I would greatly appreciate your help.

You’d use the typical connection information however you will need to use Modern Authentication (OAuth2 SSO).

Note: This requires you to be on the latest release (v1.18.1) and requires you to have the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin installed/enabled.
