Admin Panel / Manage / Help Topics, Pages, Forms not working

In the Admin Panel / Manage / Help Topics, Pages, Forms I am not able to see system defined entries or create my own. This is a new current installation of OSTicket. No error message is shown. Thanks for your support.

nothing is displayed when I select Help Topics, Pages, Forms etc

You will need to check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors. It'd also be helpful if you post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.

One of the logs gave an indication that there were problems with the language support. I re-installed without the additional language and all was ok, also after installing the language afterwards. It finally turned out that the permission of the phar file were incorrect when installing as a package.
