Your server is simply saying you don't have permissions to access the site. Check your permissions and ownership for all osTicket files and folders, restart the webserver, and retest.

We have no affiliation with softaculous and they even mod osTicket to be auto-installed, etc. We do not recommend that and instead recommend the normal way of installing core osTicket:
