The screen locks in some actions

Hi, I'm having some issues in instalation osticket 1.18.1

1) On some occasions i can't change page in ticket section. If click in the page 2, does not do the action.

2) On some occasions i can't open the closes ticket section, the screen locks without moving forward

3) Some tickets cannot be opened. If click, the screen locks without moving forward

Could this be caused by performance problem of the server where it is installed?

You will need to check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

KevinTheJedi Thanks, I checked the log and erroros appear:

MySQL server has gone away
could not buffer message body to allow SSL renegotiation to proceed
Out of memory (allocated 757075968) (tried to allocate 134217736 bytes)
request body exceeds maximum size (131072) for SSL buffer
RSA certificate configured for XXXXXX does NOT include an ID which matches the server name

I will see with the sysadmin if this has a solution
