Change Length of Subject Line

Hello,

Many times, when creating a new ticket, I have subject line text as long as 150 characters.

Where & what can I change in the source code to allow more characters in the subject line? I did a bit digging around but could not find the file & location of the code to change.

Please help!

@KevinTheJedi I can only find "Task Details" in my OSticket v. 1.18.2.

One thing to note, though, if a ticket is generated via email, it can have a longer Quick Summary field, and when you edit the ticket for that field, the excess characters are still in there.

You or one of your admins renamed the form. For you it's "How can we help?".
