After upgrading to v1.17.5, 2fa mail does not work

Hi...

I just upgraded from version 1.15.5 to 1.17.5. For the upgrade process I first uninstalled the plugin I had activated (Attachments on the filesystem) and the 2fa by mail and then I upgraded.

Everything went perfectly. Until I tried to activate 2fa again. It doesn't send the verification email with the code.

I have an Ionos email account set up.

When I do the diagnostic on that email account it does send and I receive the test email.

The system log shows these two errors:

The error simply states you are attempting to send mail through Ionos using an unauthorized address. Meaning the sending address does not belong to Ionos therefore they are refusing it. Update your SMTP authentication information and retest.
