There are critical exploits of PHP 8.2. Are there any known issues with going to PHP 8.3? The exploits are listed under these CVE's: CVE-2024-8932, CVE-2024-8929, CVE-2024-11236, CVE-2024-11236, CVE-2024-11234 and CVE-2024-11233

Of course, pulls to support it have already been merged and will be included in the next set of releases. With this being said PHP will release relevant security updates asap (if they haven’t done so already) so don’t stress out.

Edit:
I apologize I missed your actual question somehow. Yes there are currently issues if you use PHP 8.3; simply go read the requirements for the latest stable releases (v1.18.1 and v1.17.5). You’ll see only 8.1-8.2 are currently supported.
