Error 403 Forbidden

Buenas tardes,
Al intentar contestar un ticket insertando una imagen o un link me da error.
Cuando quito el link o la imagen lo puedo contestar sin problema

Si el link lo ingreso con formato TXT no se genera el error 403

You will need to check your network security rules, firewall rules, etc. as it sounds like your network/server is blocking such requests.
