Hello, I'm fairly new to osTicket. I am trying to fetch the mailbox email from osTicket but failed. The mailbox is a full account / not alias, shared or whatsoever.
I have already got past the OAuth2 Authorization and got the token
But still I cannot set up IMAP or POP with office365. Also, why does it complain INBOX when I specified other folder?
Have you seen this before? Any hint on the solution? Thanks in advance.
