Hello,

I am looking for some help/advise on bulk deleting/closing tickets.

I currently have a department on osTicket that has over 20,000 open tickets that I need to either bulk close or bulk delete. Does anyone know a quick way of doing this other than selecting 50 at a time and deleting?

    You can either go to a User and delete the User with all Tickets or do what you said and do a search or go to a queue and select all delete until all are deleted.
