Hi, I recently installed osticket on Portainer and making our synology nas the proxy server. Question, where can I access or see the database for me to configure/edit some details.

By logging in to the database server and using the osTicket database. You would need to look at the “Portainer” documentation to see how and where they setup the database. This is outside the scope of our software and we have no details on “Portainer”.
