Let agents change department and topic settings without full admin rights

Hey I am trying to give some autonomy to my agents to manage their own department settings and topic(s) without giving them full admin permissions...

It is basically very useful when the usually designated assigned Agent is out of office and a colleague is backing them up; they could then change the assignment setting themselves without having to ask me to do it...

I would like to give them some access to these admin settings without giving them access to the full admin side... Is this possible?

Do you mean modify some Help Topic configurations or modifying Department configurations? Or do you simply mean basic tasks like transferring departments and changing the help topic of tickets?

KevinTheJedi hey, yeah I mean Help Topic and Department configuration. I want them to be able to manage who gets automatically assigned to tickets that relate to their topic.

Then no, you have to be an Administrator to access the Admin Panel where those configurations live.
