All administrator privileges have been lost

Hi, I've been using OsTicket for a few days, but until yesterday everything was fine.
But today, when I first log in, I see that I don't have access to agents, I can't see anything that needs administrator privileges

No email
No agents
No Departments
No No No... nothing

Any idea what to do or check?

Did you login as an Agent? Go to your URL with /scp at the end and login there.

This is horrible, today has been chaos, clients with tickets that they cannot answer. Neither I nor other administrator users have access to the system, we receive the tickets but we cannot see them, close them, or anything...
Until yesterday everything was fine, we went home and today when we arrived at the office we found this case. Not even the owner user can see or check anything, we do not have access to any area, department, we cannot see the tickets.

Then you really need to check all possible logs on the server (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Well, in the end I decided to make a backup and reinstall OsTickets. Only to see that when I install the Spanish language the same thing happens, the system stops working and I lose all my privileges as an administrator owner.

Any idea how to solve the problems that OsTickets presents when installing other languages?

For now, simply install in English then install the desired language pack and set it as the Primary Language. Then you can generate the templates in your language, etc.
