Tickets not locking

Hello, we just started using osTicket in a production environment and are having an issue with tickets not locking when an agent has them open. How can I prevent this?

After testing myself apparently you can still Claim a ticket that has an active Lock on it. To me that doesn't seem right but I'll discuss with the team to see if it was intentional or not. If not we will fix it, otherwise that's how it works.

Correction, Locks only apply to Replies and Internal Notes. They do not apply to any other Ticket actions. So even though a Ticket is locked you can still claim, assign, update inline fields, etc. I'm sure in v2.0 this will be updated to apply to much more than that.
