Unable to register account. See messages below

Hello,
I successfully linked the osTicket system with my organization’s Active Directory, allowing me to log in with my Windows account. However, when I fill out the information on the registration page and click the register button, I receive an error (as shown in the attached file).
Could you please assist me with this issue?

You are using a modified version of osTicket. We cannot assist with modified installs; only core/vanilla osTicket. Please retest with a fully vanilla install to see if the issue persists.
