Hello everyone,
I apologize if this topic has already been brought up in another thread. I have searched the various threads and have not found this particular topic discussed. I run an IS department for a Mental health Institution. We work from 8 am to 5 pm EST. My thoughts where if a ticket comes in from 5 pm till 7 am the following day having the OSticket software forward the Subject line of the support e-mail to our Cell phones and or Alpha numeric pagers. My knowledge of PHP is non existence. So I am not sure how difficult this would actually be. Any suggestions are truely welcome.
