Hello , Is there a higher version that allows you to select or create both a user and an organization when creating a ticket?
Add User to Organisation On New Ticket
You got the ability to create a new user when you make a new ticket but can we make it so you either make a new organization or add to an existing one.

Not at this time, no. I don’t think there would even be an elegant way to do this tbh. However there could be a way I’m not seeing. Anyways, feature requests are done on GitHub. I will say we are not making any new features at the moment whilst we focus on v2.0.

KevinTheJedi I hope to have this feature as soon as possible. I see that some people in the community are also extracting the same requirements. When creating new users, it is difficult to directly select or create new organizations
Thank you for the feedback. However as mentioned earlier this will not make it in the current legacy codebase. It will be a feature request until v2.0 is established. In v2.0 we are rewriting everything and improving all aspects of the system so we will keep this in mind. Just make sure there is a pull request already opened on GitHub that you can follow and if not make sure you create one yourself so it’s not forgotten.
