Okay, that looks good. I deleted the photo for security.
I just realized that you don’t have an OAuth2 token for the email so it will not connect. Login to osTicket in an incognito window, go to the email, go to the SMTP tab, click the Config button next to Authentication, submit the popup, when it brings you to Microsoft to authenticate login as the email you are configuring in osTicket, accept the permissions, and it should bring you back to osTicket with a success banner. To confirm you have a token click Config again and you should see a Token tab displaying the token expiration date, etc.
