Problem with Starting off OSTicket

Hello,

yesterday we stopped OSTikcet for an Windows Server 2019 Update.
After the Restart of the Server, OSticket doesnt Start and the Following Message we can see in the WebBrowser:

What should we do ? Or how can we resolve this Issue. WE have nothing changend in OSTicket.

osTicket has a fatal error and cannot start so it's trying to send the admin an email but the admin email is messed up apparently. You need to figure out what error it's logging so we can assist you. Configure your PHP to log full errors or try to set display_errors and display_startup_errors to 1 in your PHP INI and osTicket bootstrap.php file and try loading the page to see if errors thrown there.

PWagner for an Windows Server 2019 Update.

Did you update anything else other than Windows Server 2019?
Like Apache, Mysql, PHP, etc.

We update only Windows 2019 Server, like the last 12 every Month. Everytime there was no Problem. After many restarts wer try to solve the problem with dateing upd to PHP 8.2.25 with success but OSTicket doesnt run. We also want to Update Apache from 2.4.56 .to the newest Version, but wait for it until we have an resolution for the Starting Problem.

You are not using osTicket; you are using "the german version" which we have zero affiliation with. You would need to reach out to the modders of "the german version" for further assistance.

WE tried so much things, but we thougt that it could be Microsoft Patch or other things ? DB Failure or so on .....
But we have so much doubt today , we dont find the solution ....

Unfortunately you are not using core osTicket. You are using a modified version so I cannot assist you in any way. We have zero affiliation with "the german version" (mod). If you were using core osTicket then we could assist. I don't think you can drop-in replace "the german version" with core osTicket as they modify the code and the database I believe. So unfortunately there is nothing we can do. This is yet another reason why you shouldn't be using mods, etc.

PWagner we have zero affiliation with them so no, I have nothing for them. My recommendation would be to google it.
