Last Assigned or Last Updated Search Criterias

Hello,
I have created many Search filters that help save me a ton of time backing into tickets and workload.
I am having a real tough time building a pre-defined search criteria for "Last Updated" by any Agent.... and also, a "Last Assigned" by any agent to another Agent.

Can someone please help. I've almost exhausted all the combinations....chances are, I just dont have the right specs and criteria's set.

Last Updated is easy just use the Last Update criteria.

We don’t have “Last Assigned” criteria. We have assigned which tells you if it is assigned or not as well as Assigned Agent/Team that tells you which Agent/Team is assigned.

This isn't something that I have tried to do, but I also dont think that the criteria exists to be able to do this.
