MS Oauth2 setting aren't sticking

Hello,

This is a fresh install of the latest version of osTicket on IIS with PHP 8.1.30 and PHP 8.1.3.

I have been fighting with setting up the Remote Mailbox for our default account. I have all the MS OAuth2 information entered properly. After entering all the information in the Remote Mailbox settings, when I click on Save Changes I get the MS authentication window like I should and after click through that I get taken back to the Remote Mailbox tab.
Everything looks fine. When I then click Save Changes I receive an error

If I click on Config again all the OAuth2 information is still there and correct. How can I fix this?

When you click on Config and the popup appears; do you see a Token tab with a valid non-expired token in it? If not, then you have not fully configured the authentication. When you submit the popup it should bring you to MS to login. You login as the mailbox you are configuring in osTicket, you consent to the permissions, and it should bring you back to osTicket within the mailbox page with a success banner. If not, then something isn't right with your environment, install, and/or config.

No, there is no token tab.

I do receive the MS popup and enter all the proper authentication information for the email account I'm trying to setup in osTicket. I get brought back to the mailbox page which looks exactly as it did before I clicked to configure OAuth2.
