When in the ticket list, if a ticket is selected and an attempt is made to close it, it freezes in the modal window until it returns a TimeOut error. It can take up to 5 minutes in this state.
Sometimes it is also unable to open the ticket, remaining in the same state. It does open in edit mode (by adding &a=edit to the URL) but it still does not close.
Reading old issues in the forum, I saw that they talk about a bug with the SLA if it is greater than 41. In my case, I have it set to 18 by default.
But I think the problem is with the SLA. I have disabled it from the configuration and now new tickets are closing. But there are some that still do not close. For those, I have entered the ticket in edit mode and disabled the SLA. And now I can close them.
How can I find out where the problem really is?
Is there any log to check?
